Dried egg products are produced in modern equipment by spray drying liquid egg products. All ingredients are added to liquid egg products before drying process.
Whole egg powder

Egg yolk powder (heat stable) Ovomix P6001

Product is specially treated for better functionality in mayonnaise applications with better emulsification ability. Less product is necessary in mayonnaise recipes. Ingredients: egg yolk powder, salt, enzyme (phospholipase)

Product is specially treated with enzyme for better functionality in mayonnaise applications with better emulsification ability. Less product is necessary in mayonnaise recipes. Cost saving advantages in compare with regular heat stable egg yolk powder.
