Liquid egg products are produced under strict control in each production process: egg breaking, filtering, pasteurization, filling.

Products are available in different type of packaging.

Liquid whole egg, with citric acid, Ovomix L2002

Article: L2002

Ingredients: Liquid whole egg, water, citric acid

 

Product applications: food industry, bakery, confectionary, meat production, other.

Shelf life: Product must be stored at 0° to + 4 °C, shelf life 40 days. After opening can be stored in original packaging with closed cork 48 hours at 0° to + 4 °C. Shake before use.(for frozen product (-18°C), shelf life 12 month)

Liquid whole egg

Article: L2000

Ingredients: Liquid whole egg, no additives

 

Product applications: food industry, bakery, confectionary, meat production, other.

Shelf life: Product must be stored at 0° to + 4 °C, shelf life 40 days. After opening can be stored in original packaging with closed cork 48 hours at 0° to + 4 °C. Shake before use.(for frozen product (-18°C), shelf life 12 month)

Product applications: food industry, bakery, confectionary, meat production, other.

Egg yolk liquid

Ingredients: Liquid egg yolk

Product applications: food industry, production of mayonnaise, dressings, sauces, bakery and confectionary 

Shelf life: Product must be stored at 0° to + 4 °C, shelf life 30 days. After opening can be stored in original packaging with closed cork 24 hours at 0° to + 4 °C. Shake before use. 

Egg yolk liquid (heat stable), Ovomix L3002

Article: L3002

Product good for mayonnaise applications with improved heat stability, better emulsification functionality. 

 

Ingredients: Liquid egg yolk, salt, enzyme (phospholipase)

Product applications: food industry, production of mayonnaise, dressings, sauces, bakery and confectionary

Liquid egg white product with improved whipping ability, foam stability and foam liquid stability.

No preservatives.
